Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end RFx process for Sensing Components, Electro-Mechanical Assemblies, and PCBA's.
  • Lead data aggregation for supply chain transparency and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with teams for New Product Introduction (NPI) and mass production.
  • Assess global supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Establish KPIs for supplier performance and improvement.
  • Ensure contracts are in place before engaging with suppliers.
  • Shape innovative sourcing and manufacturing strategies for Humanoid Robotics.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in supply chain management or procurement focused on electronics.
  • Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of PCBA and electro-mechanical assembly processes.
  • Experience with data collection and analysis for supply chain optimization.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
