Supply Chain Manager, Stamping

This role is based in Fremont, California.

Compensation:

$104,000 - $192,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Manage RFQ's and contract negotiations, ensuring documentation is complete before business initiation.
• Oversee commercial relationships with suppliers, focusing on pricing negotiations and risk mitigation.
• Drive cost efficiency through contract negotiation and operational optimization.
• Manage engineering changes and service program timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure reliability and performance.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain management, particularly in metal stamping.
• Technical understanding of tooling and manufacturing processes preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
