Supply Chain Program Manager, Energy

This role is based in Palo Alto, California.

Compensation:

$84,000 - $192,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Represent the Supply Chain organization in meetings with Tesla’s Executive Team.
• Define and implement project requirements and workflows.
• Analyze supply chain performance criteria to support decision making.
• Manage project timelines and resources.
• Develop systems to track manufacturing equipment readiness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in a related field.
• At least 5 years of project/program management experience.
• Superior analytical skills and knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
