Supply Chain Program Manager, Energy

This role is based in Palo Alto, California.

Compensation:

$84,000 - $192,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Represent the Supply Chain organization in meetings with Tesla’s Executive Team.
• Define, implement, and drive execution of project requirements and workflows.
• Analyze the complete supply chain for projects and measure performance criteria.
• Manage project timelines and resources, ensuring risk mitigation actions are in place.
• Develop systems to track progress of critical manufacturing equipment readiness.
• Owner of RFQ's and contract management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of project/program management or strategic supply chain experience.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex programs and projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
