Responsibilities:

  • Manage cross-functional teams for successful launches of new manufacturing lines.
  • Collaborate with global teams on automation equipment development.
  • Create and maintain schedules for battery manufacturing projects.
  • Prepare reports for senior leadership on project status.
  • Track equipment readiness and project costs.
  • Provide technical leadership to address program challenges.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in engineering and project management.
  • Effective communication with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to manage large teams and conflicting priorities.
  • Experience in high-volume manufacturing and new product introduction.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
