Technical Program Manager, Cathode Materials

This role is based in Fremont, California.

Compensation:

$96,800 - $217,200/year

Responsibilities:

• Manage lab and pilot experiments, timelines, cost charts, and technical performance results.
• Oversee qualification phase gates and workflows for commercial production.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams and suppliers for new material development.
• Establish clear technical goals and roadmaps for cathode material development.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners.

Requirements:

• Degree in Materials Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in engineering or technical program management roles preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Deep technical knowledge of electrochemistry and material synthesis.
