Compensation:

$96,800 - $168,000/year + cash and stock awards + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute cross-functional program plans for Connectivity & Sensing Products.
  • Lead hardware development for Tesla’s Vehicles, including PCBA design and production testing.
  • Manage software features using Agile methodology.
  • Collaborate with engineering leads to track deliverables and report progress.
  • Facilitate communication of engineering requirements across teams.
  • Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in technical program management.
  • Familiarity with electrical and mechanical engineering processes.
  • Excellent program management and communication skills.
