Compensation:
$96,800 - $168,000/year + cash and stock awards + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute cross-functional program plans for Connectivity & Sensing Products.
- Lead hardware development for Tesla’s Vehicles, including PCBA design and production testing.
- Manage software features using Agile methodology.
- Collaborate with engineering leads to track deliverables and report progress.
- Facilitate communication of engineering requirements across teams.
- Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in technical program management.
- Familiarity with electrical and mechanical engineering processes.
- Excellent program management and communication skills.
