Technical Program Manager, Energy Efficiency Operations

This role is based in San Jose, California.

Compensation:

$96,000 - $210,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams across Factory Design, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations.
• Review technical issues and assess program-level impacts.
• Create detailed plans covering strategy, scope, timelines, and risks.
• Implement capital and operational projects related to energy efficiency.
• Produce program reports and executive summaries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of program management experience.
• Knowledge of energy management systems and utility processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Travel expected: 30%.
