Technical Program Manager, Factory Firmware, Vehicle Software

This role is based in Palo Alto, California.

Compensation:

$140,000 - $300,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate change control between R&D Engineering & Manufacturing.
• Design and enforce processes for tracking changes and improving efficiency.
• Manage cross-functional factory-facing integration projects end-to-end.
• Communicate effectively with leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in mass manufacturing or automotive preferred.
