Technical Program Manager, High Voltage Battery Pack, Battery Engineering

This role is based in Palo Alto, California.

Compensation:

$96,800 - $168,000/year + cash and stock awards + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain schedules for battery projects
• Drive collaboration with internal and cross-functional teams
• Track project progress and report on status
• Support design validation testing execution
• Ensure accuracy of product data across systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in managing hardware products
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
