Compensation:

$96,800 - $168,000/year + cash and stock awards + benefits

What you'll do:

  • Organize cell technology development projects at Tesla and partners
  • Collaborate across sites to solve complex materials and cell design issues
  • Create, maintain, and communicate project schedules
  • Prepare for and lead executive review meetings
  • Track project risks and report effectively on status

What you'll bring:

  • Degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of program management or engineering experience
  • Direct experience with lithium-ion battery design and cell development
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to travel to Tesla or vendor sites up to 20% of the time
