Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, and communicate schedules for developing and deploying custom manufacturing equipment.
  • Drive action with internal and cross-functional teams to complete projects within time and budget.
  • Track project progress and report on status, blockers, and changes.
  • Identify solutions to program challenges and manage resource balancing.
  • Complete documentation and ensure data accuracy across systems like Confluence and JIRA.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing environment managing change.
  • Experience in creating and communicating schedules.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and understanding of design cycle processes.
