Technical Program Manager, Optimus Hardware

This role is based in Palo Alto, California.

Compensation:

$96,800 - $217,200/year

Responsibilities:

• Manage execution for new hardware development, testing, and industrialization.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and manage project schedules.
• Track key components and program metrics including cost and performance.
• Lead development of design, testing, and validation timelines.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience for electromechanical products.
• Strong technical communication skills and ability to drive improvements across teams.
