Technical Program Manager, Vehicle Controllers

This role is based in Palo Alto, California.

Compensation:

$96,800 - $168,000/year + cash and stock awards + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Define and document engineering program goals, scope, and requirements.
• Create program roadmaps and timelines.
• Lead cross-functional teams for timely program delivery.
• Manage scope and schedule changes.
• Track and manage potential risks.
• Provide regular updates on program status.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in product development and program management.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
