Technical Recruiter

This role is based in Palo Alto, California.

Compensation:

$64,000 - $168,000/year

What you'll do:

• Partner with hiring managers to assess hiring requirements and develop a recruitment plan.
• Provide consistent updates to hiring managers and business leaders.
• Manage the recruiting process end-to-end, focusing on a great candidate experience.
• Conduct thorough behavioral interviews to assess fit.

What you'll bring:

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS systems).
• Experience with complex compensation packages.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
