Tool & Die Apprenticeship

This apprenticeship is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

What you'll do:

• Develop skills by shadowing mentors in die build/tryout areas.
• Perform tasks similar to mentors, demonstrating skill progression over four years.
• Engage in manual and CNC machining on mills and lathes.
• Learn to produce a variety of components and assemblies.
• Conduct equipment maintenance and ensure a safe working environment.

What you'll bring:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills.
• Experience with hand tools and welding.
• Effective communication skills.
• Physical capability to perform demanding tasks.
• Strong command of the English language.
