Business Analyst, Measurement Operations

This position is located in San Jose, California.

Compensation:

$83,600 - $180,445 annually

Responsibilities:

Analyze TikTok's budget, evaluate business health, and identify risks and opportunities using statistical analysis.

Conduct in-depth analysis of key metrics and trends to support strategic business development.

Collaborate with Measurement Operations Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in campaign measurement or analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
