This internship is based in London.

Responsibilities:

- Support daily EMEA HR and benefit operations, coordinate internal/external parties, and track work progress.
- Collect and analyze EMEA regional labor policies and benefit practices, assist in drafting research summaries.
- Organize EMEA employee benefit activities, and summarize activity effects.
- Sort, file and manage EMEA HR/benefit documents, ensure version control and confidentiality.
- Assist in translating HR-related documents (English) and compiling operation reports.
- Fulfill other ad-hoc HR, benefit and document tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate/postgraduate; majors in HR, Psychology, Foreign Languages, Data Analysis preferred.
  • Proficient in English (written & spoken).
  • Proficient in Office software, with solid data processing, sorting and analysis abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, logical, with strong sensitivity to data and documents.
  • Good communication skills and team spirit, proactive and responsible.
  • Basic confidentiality awareness and fast learning ability.
