Compensation:

$108,000 - $168,000 annually

Responsibilities:

  • Lead program planning, management, and delivery of global strategic projects.
  • Create sales collateral and program materials to drive engagement.
  • Manage client program tracking, reporting, and budget.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients and act as primary contact for program operations.
  • Provide operational guidance to internal partners across various functions.
  • Analyze data to inform strategic program plans and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic program management.
  • Proven excellence in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling processes.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a client-centric mindset.
