Global Program Manager, GA&A

This role is based in New York, where you will build and manage Joint Business Plans (JBPs) for TikTok's largest global advertiser partnerships.

Compensation:

$108000 - $168000 annually

Responsibilities:

• Manage JBPs from commercial framework to execution.
• Partner with Global Account Leads and cross-functional teams.
• Track JBP utilization and budget integrity.
• Coordinate across creative, measurement, research, product, and finance.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in business operations or partnership management.
• Experience with Joint Business Plans and media deal structures.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
