Governance & Experience Project Intern, TikTok Shop, 2026 Start (BS/MS)

This internship is based in Dublin and is designed for students pursuing an Undergraduate or Master's degree.

Responsibilities:

- Support the design or rollout of governance processes, policies, or operational improvements
- Conduct research or benchmarking to inform team decisions
- Analyze platform data or feedback to identify trends, risks, or opportunities
- Document workflows, write summaries, or prepare project materials
- Collaborate with colleagues across product, operations, risk, and policy teams

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master's degree
• Strong interest in digital platforms, user experience, or trust & safety
• Analytical mindset with data
• Clear communicator
