This internship is based in Los Angeles and runs for 12 weeks during Summer 2026.
Compensation:
$25/hour
Responsibilities:
- Support external PGC creators in growing their presence on TikTok.
- Collect and analyze challenges faced by creators and drive solutions.
- Monitor and optimize creator performance through data analysis.
- Develop growth strategies based on content trends and user needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with creators for long-term development.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in sports or related data analysis discipline.
- Passionate user of content platforms with understanding of creator growth.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in English required.
- Prior experience in creator operations is a plus.
