This internship is based in Los Angeles and runs for 12 weeks during Summer 2026.

Compensation:

$25/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Support external PGC creators in growing their presence on TikTok.
  • Collect and analyze challenges faced by creators and drive solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize creator performance through data analysis.
  • Develop growth strategies based on content trends and user needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with creators for long-term development.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in sports or related data analysis discipline.
  • Passionate user of content platforms with understanding of creator growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Prior experience in creator operations is a plus.
