This internship is based in Seattle and runs for 12 weeks during Summer 2026.

Compensation:

$23.75- $38.00/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in all phases of the Talent Acquisition process including screening and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers and TA Partners to address hiring needs.
  • Support hiring-related projects and optimize processes for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain a holistic business understanding.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Able to commit to a 12-week internship during Summer 2026.
  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn.
  • Experience with recruiting tools like LinkedIn is preferred.
