Role: User Strategy & Operations Project Intern
Responsibilities:
- Execute strategies related to international live user service, draft SOPs, and conduct requirement analysis.
- Engage with users and clients to gather feedback and enhance user service satisfaction.
- Monitor project-related data metrics and follow up on project progress.
- Participate in operational strategy implementation and optimize execution plans.
- Facilitate cross-department communication to improve collaboration efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above with fluent English communication skills.
- Strong research, analytical, and documentation writing abilities.
- Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and a proactive mindset.
