Responsibilities:

• Execute strategies related to international live user service, draft SOPs, and conduct requirement analysis.
• Engage with users and clients to gather feedback and enhance user service satisfaction.
• Monitor project-related data metrics and follow up on project progress.
• Participate in operational strategy implementation and optimize execution plans.
• Facilitate cross-department communication to improve collaboration efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above with fluent English communication skills.
• Strong research, analytical, and documentation writing abilities.
