Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is USD$252,000 per year - USD$280,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
- Own the global product strategy and roadmap for Moto.
- Lead and develop a team of PMs.
- Partner with engineering, design, and operations to deliver features.
- Drive growth and retention in core markets.
- Optimize the two-wheel experience through algorithms.
- Collaborate across functions to ensure safety and compliance.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of product management experience.
- Experience in consumer product roles with strong UX instincts.
- Hands-on experience with marketplaces or ranking-based systems.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in international markets.
- Familiarity with mobility or logistics platforms.
- Technical fluency in matching and pricing systems.
