Compensation:

USD$140,000 - USD$155,500 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Influence cross-functional teams to enhance Retail Moments throughout the customer journey.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for global marketing campaigns.
  • Develop scalable frameworks and toolkits for effective regional execution.
  • Collaborate with Commercial teams to drive category growth and ROI.
  • Define success metrics and refine strategies using data insights.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of marketing experience, with 2+ years in consumer product marketing.
  • Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and create insightful narratives.
  • Experience in retail or CPG marketing.
