This role is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the Financial Risk Quality strategy.
  • Design and maintain support structures for Refunds & Appeasements and Payments Compliance.
  • Establish and lead Business Review structures to track key performance indicators.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize program workflows.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance with global legal requirements.
  • Influence regional and global stakeholders to adopt standardized quality frameworks.

Basic qualifications:

  • 3-5 years in Program Management, Service Quality Assurance, or Financial/Risk Operations.
  • Proficiency in quality management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience building governance models.
  • Familiarity with global data management regulations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance systems and data analytics tools.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with customer experience or process improvement.
  • Bilingual/multilingual communication is a plus.
