Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with partners to ensure compliance with operational and support requirements.
  2. Design and execute initiatives that define the support experience for AV Mobility users.
  3. Improve operational performance through quantitative analysis.
  4. Develop AV support operations procedures and issue workflows.
  5. Create customer and partner-facing content.
  6. Generate insights for business and product teams.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or related fields.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer experience strategy.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners.
