Compensation:
Salary range: $128,000 - $158,000 per year depending on location.
Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and execution of global people programs.
- Bridge between Global Centers of Excellence and the organization.
- Align program goals with business objectives.
- Audit HR program workflows for improvements.
- Define KPIs and present insights to leadership.
- Develop communication and training plans for program rollouts.
- Capture feedback to iterate on program design.
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years in HR roles or project/program management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in running HR projects and cross-functional leadership.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Workday, Oracle, or ServiceNow.
