Location:

New York, New York; Seattle, Washington; Chicago, Illinois

Compensation:

Salary range: $128,000 - $158,000 per year depending on location.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning and execution of global people programs.
  • Bridge between Global Centers of Excellence and the organization.
  • Align program goals with business objectives.
  • Audit HR program workflows for improvements.
  • Define KPIs and present insights to leadership.
  • Develop communication and training plans for program rollouts.
  • Capture feedback to iterate on program design.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in HR roles or project/program management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in running HR projects and cross-functional leadership.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Workday, Oracle, or ServiceNow.
