Program Manager II, Transformation

This role is based in Hyderabad, TS, India.

Responsibilities:

Lead and drive process improvements and design efforts, own end-to-end process transformation initiatives, and collaborate with engineering and product management teams.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
• Master's degree or PMP certificate
