Compensation:

$80,200 - $99,100/year

Responsibilities:

Identify, engage, and build pipelines of candidates; develop innovative sourcing strategies; maintain talent pipelines; conduct market research; screen candidates; achieve sourcing metrics.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of recruiting experience
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience
• Experience with ATS for managing candidates

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with high volume and niche hiring
• Participation in technology hiring events
