This role is based in Culver City, California.

Compensation:

$163,300 - $290,100

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Business and Engineering to define data collection and reporting requirements.
  • Investigate large-scale data to uncover trends and insights for marketing strategies.
  • Build datasets and automated dashboards to monitor campaign performance.
  • Develop attribution logic and establish propensity models for audience selection.
  • Collaborate with various teams to generate presentations for C-level executives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in a Data Scientist or Data Analyst role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
  • Experience in marketing campaign measurement.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a digital subscription business.
  • Advanced degree in a related field preferred.
