Sr. Technical Recruiter (Contract)

This role is based in New York City, New York.

Compensation:

$137,900 - $263,100/year

Responsibilities:

• Partnering with business leaders to understand their hiring needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies for identifying candidates.
• Guide hiring managers and candidates through the selection process.
• Provide excellent customer service to hiring teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Full life-cycle recruiting experience in a high volume environment.
• Proven background in innovative research and sourcing methods.
• Exceptional closing and offer construction skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of recruiting experience for technical roles.
