This role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily interactions across teacher communities (FB, WhatsApp, offline).
  • Handle queries from teachers and ensure timely responses.
  • Coordinate education-focused activities and community-led marketing initiatives.
  • Lead recurring education community programs such as webinars and workshops.
  • Monitor community sentiment and share insights for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in community, education, marketing, or events.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams.
  • Experience with advocacy communities or education networks is a plus.
