Community Manager, Madrid (12-Month Contract)

This role is based in Madrid, Spain.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the growth and engagement of Canva’s SMBs community.
• Organize impactful in-person and virtual events.
• Develop SMB-focused content that inspires entrepreneurs.
• Collaborate with various teams to execute integrated campaigns.
• Expand the Canvassador Programme and build partnerships.
• Drive user growth and awareness through data-driven initiatives.

Requirements:

• Experience in growing and engaging SMB audiences.
• Understanding of the Spain small business landscape.
• Ability to design and scale ambassador programmes.
• Strong experience in facilitating impactful activations.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
