This role is based in Berlin, Germany with a hybrid working arrangement.

About the Role:

As the Creative Strategist for Germany, you'll be the creative performance engine behind Canva's paid and organic marketing in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative flywheel — own the full creative cycle (research, briefing, production, editing, and analysis).
  • Analyse and optimise performance — work with analytics teams to improve creative effectiveness.
  • Define high-performing creative for German audiences across various platforms.
  • Bridge external creative partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Support conversion across the funnel.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in creative strategy or performance marketing.
  • Deep knowledge of the German market and fluency in German and English.
  • Experience with platform-native formats and performance dashboards.
