Compensation:

$180,000 to $240,000 USD

Responsibilities:

  • Own the regional growth strategy and manage a multi-million dollar paid media budget.
  • Lead performance across paid social and video channels, optimizing campaigns and creative strategies.
  • Identify conversion gaps and run A/B tests to enhance user activation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to shape campaigns and market strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in performance or growth marketing with significant budget ownership.
  • Expertise in paid social and video channels.
  • Experience with multiple measurement methodologies and growth experiments.
