What you'll do:

  • Define research standards and methodologies for the marketing organization.
  • Build research capability through education and knowledge sharing.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business questions into research strategies.
  • Own global research programs and ensure insights are actionable.

What we're looking for:

  • 7-10+ years of experience in marketing research.
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience managing global research programs.
