This role is based in Madrid, Spain, on a 12-month contract.

About the Role:

As a Language Manager, you will ensure that Canva's product resonates with Spanish users through effective localization.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Country Localisation Lead to establish Canva’s voice in Spanish.
  • Translate key content and manage relationships with localization partners.
  • Develop and update style guides and glossaries.
  • Provide cultural insights and identify localization improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Strong writing skills with a passion for languages and cultures.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability.
  • Copywriting experience and familiarity with CAT tools are a plus.
