This role is based in San Francisco, United States with a hybrid work schedule.

Compensation:

$182,000-$278,000

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop Deal Desk, Sales Provisioning, and Sales Compensation.
  • Define pricing/discount guardrails and approval matrices.
  • Partner with Sales Ops to design compensation structures.
  • Enhance Salesforce/CPQ and compensation tools.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Deal Desk, Sales Provisioning, and Incentive Compensation.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce and compensation tools.
  • Proven track record of scaling processes and automation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
