Compensation:

$158,000-$235,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance to clients on defining executive technical talent and organization leaders.
  • Act as a domain talent expert and provide assessments based on knowledge of the talent pool.
  • Engage research teams and network relationships to recruit executive level applicants.
  • Guide businesses throughout the search process with consistent communication.
  • Understand each applicant's leadership style and fit for the role.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in executive search and hiring executives (VP+ talent).
  • 5 years of experience in the technology sector.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience in recruiting with AI/ML or cloud technologies.
  • Experience partnering with stakeholders to deliver high-quality search deliverables.
