This role is based in London, UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide production management of experiments created by artists in residence.
  • Manage the launch approval process, ensuring compliance with legal, policy, and technical requirements.
  • Maintain documentation and track milestones for Google Arts and Culture Lab experiments.
  • Monitor progress and apply best practices to drive results.
  • Guide alignment on timelines, goals, and deliverables, escalating obstacles as needed.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of program management experience.
  • 1 year of experience managing interactive projects with artists and technologists.
  • Experience in relationship building and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with production management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing creative technology projects internationally.
  • Project management experience within the creative arts sector.
  • Knowledge in technical and cultural domains.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time.
