This role is based in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a commercial operations program and ensure things run smoothly.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of a global multi-disciplinary commercial operations environment supported by TVCs and FTEs (contracts, payments, systems, financial governance).
  • Financial Project Management and Scalable Controls for Submarine Network Infrastructure projects.
  • Develop operational and governance frameworks to monitor the execution of critical payments and obligations.
  • Develop and maintain commercial operations processes.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in commercial operations, vendor management and vendor negotiations, including agreement management.
  • Experience with networking or data center operations agreements.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in a global financial and commercial operations environment.
  • Experience in the networking/telecom specifically with Telecom Expense Management (TEM).
