This role is a Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) position through 12/31/26, with opportunities in various locations including Austin, TX and Ann Arbor, MI.
Responsibilities:
- Drive candidate assessment and manage the interview process.
- Partner with business leaders to build recruitment solutions.
- Manage headcount and track hiring strategies.
- Develop targeted recruiting initiatives to meet hiring goals.
Minimum qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in recruiting or related fields.
- 3 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house.
- 1 year of experience in a technology company.
Preferred qualifications:
- 6 years of full cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience negotiating complex compensation packages.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
