Recruiter (Fixed-Term Contract)

This role is a Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) position through 12/31/26, with opportunities in various locations including Austin, TX and Ann Arbor, MI.

Responsibilities:

• Drive candidate assessment and manage the interview process.
• Partner with business leaders to build recruitment solutions.
• Manage headcount and track hiring strategies.
• Develop targeted recruiting initiatives to meet hiring goals.

Minimum qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in recruiting or related fields.
• 3 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house.
• 1 year of experience in a technology company.

Preferred qualifications:

• 6 years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience negotiating complex compensation packages.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
