Recruiter, Platforms and Devices

This role is based in Atlanta, GA, or Chicago, IL, with additional locations available.

Compensation:

$111,000-$159,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Partner with leaders across various client groups including Android Ecosystem, Chrome, and more.
• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process from intake to offer negotiation.
• Execute advanced sourcing strategies for specialized fields.
• Utilize recruiting metrics and analytics to optimize hiring processes.

Minimum qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in recruiting or related fields.
• 2 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house.

Preferred qualifications:

• 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a tech environment.
• Experience negotiating complex compensation packages.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
