Recruiting Specialist (Fixed-Term Contract)

This role is based in multiple locations including Austin, TX, and Ann Arbor, MI, with options for remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Support candidate assessment for potential roles and manage the interview process.
• Partner with business leaders to build solutions to defined objectives.
• Manage headcount for client groups and influence hiring strategy.
• Develop targeted recruiting initiatives to meet established goals.

Minimum qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in recruiting or related fields.
• 2 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house team.
• 1 year of experience recruiting at a technology company.

Preferred qualifications:

• 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience closing candidates and negotiating compensation packages.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
