This role is based in multiple locations including Austin, TX, and Ann Arbor, MI, with options for remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Support candidate assessment for potential roles and manage the interview process.
- Partner with business leaders to build solutions to defined objectives.
- Manage headcount for client groups and influence hiring strategy.
- Develop targeted recruiting initiatives to meet established goals.
Minimum qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in recruiting or related fields.
- 2 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house team.
- 1 year of experience recruiting at a technology company.
Preferred qualifications:
- 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience closing candidates and negotiating compensation packages.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
