Sourcer, Strategic Candidate Engagement

This role is based in Austin, TX, or Boulder, CO, with opportunities across multiple locations.

Compensation:

$111,000-$159,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Recruit top Alumni and AI/ML talent back to Google.
• Develop and execute comprehensive alumni hiring strategies.
• Serve as an advisor to Staffing partners and engineering clients.
• Identify trends in Google exits and develop innovative solutions for attracting talent.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in sourcing or related fields.
• 1 year of sourcing experience at a recruitment agency or in-house recruiting team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in technical recruiting or sourcing.
• Excellent investigative skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to consult and influence clients.
