This role is based in Tokyo or Osaka, Japan.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with Data Center teams to ensure alignment with audit/compliance expectations.
  • Coordinate and manage on-site audits with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead the development of the Data Center compliance program.
  • Enhance and create practices to support compliance and audit requirements.
  • Create and maintain program documentation and training.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or technical project management.
  • Experience in compliance or audit services.
  • Fluent in Japanese and English.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Japanese regulations related to data center operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fluid environment.
  • Excellent investigative and communication skills.
