This role is based in Singapore, Inzai, Chiba, Japan, or Puyan, Taiwan.
Responsibilities:
- Establish, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Environmental and Energy Management System (EEMS) aligned with ISO standards.
- Monitor APAC environmental and energy regulations and ensure compliance.
- Identify and evaluate environmental risks, leading mitigation programs.
- Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement.
- Create and deliver EEMS communications and training for employees.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management in the tech sector in Asia.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and executive-level stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in relevant fields.
- Experience with ISO standards, preferably 14001 or 5000.
- Knowledge of APAC environmental/energy regulations and incident management.
- Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.
