This role is based in Atlanta, GA.

Compensation:

$183,000-$271,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Implement communication standards across a portfolio of programs.
  • Establish a reliable cadence for program reviews and decision making.
  • Lead a governance structure that drives executive decision making.
  • Identify change management opportunities to increase program velocity.
  • Define/manage a program portfolio solving high business impact problems.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management.
  • 5 years of experience in a leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.
